Use your Phone
Ring the local council planning officer. Ring Cuadrilla Resources. Ring the Environment Agency. Ring The Health and Safety Executive. Ring The Department of Energy and Climate Change. Ask questions. Get answers. Ring people you know and share your concerns.

Attend Local Council Meetings
Yes, they are boring however there is usually a 20-30 minute slot (often at the beginning) for 'Public Participation'. Turnout is a yardstick for the strength of public opinion on local issues. Its down to you to turn up and get vocal. Check our news page for the next meeting!

Print and Post
Print flyers and post in prominent places. Keep leaflets at hand to give out whilst around town. Rubber stamp all your letters with 'No Fracking' etc - get the word out!

Leaflet Distribution
Leaflet drops are a great way to raise awareness locally. We are always on the look out for volunteers to help with leaflet drops.

Talk to People
Discuss this issue with as many people as you can. The people living near these sites were not afforded the basic rights of proper consultation - please don't let that happen to anyone else!
